About Us

Welcome to Whitetail Hollow Farms!

We are a family-run permaculture farmstead located in the rolling hills of the Florida Panhandle, NW of Havana, FL on the GA border. We are a first-generation farm and are proud to establish a tradition of sustainable and ethical agriculture that will be handed down to future generations.

We raise a variety of animals, including emu, dairy cattle, various laying chicken breeds, Cornish X meat birds, blue slate turkeys, American Guinea Hogs, miniature mules, and Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf goats. We are also a licensed game farm with FWC and have captive Whitetail Deer that we raise for education purposes. We also grow a variety of fruits and vegetables in our 3,750 sq. ft garden, using natural and organic methods to ensure the health and well-being of ourselves, our land, and our animals. We also focus heavily on maintaining dedicated wildlife habitats to ensure a healthy ecosystem for our entire 45-acre farm.

Thank you for supporting small farms like ours. We are committed to educating our community on the "why's" and "how's" of small farming and in the process of doing so providing fresh, locally-grown products for community to purchase.
