About

Welcome to Whitetail Hollow Farms!

We are a family-run operation located in the rolling hills of the Florida Panhandle, NW of Havana, FL on the GA border. Our farm is a first-generation enterprise and we are proud to establish a tradition of sustainable and ethical agriculture that will be handed down to future generations.

We raise a variety of animals, including emu, dairy cattle, various laying chicken breeds, Cornish X meat birds, blue slate turkeys, American Guinea Hogs, miniature mules, and Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf goats. We are a licensed game farm with FWC and have two captive Whitetail Does - Bonnie and Willow, whom we have hand raised since they were orphaned at a few days old. We also grow a variety of fruits and vegetables in our 3,750 sq. ft garden, using natural and organic methods to ensure the health and well-being of ourselves, our land, and our animals. We also focus heavily on maintaining dedicated wildlife habitats to ensure a healthy ecosystem for our entire 45-acre farm.

Thank you for supporting small farms like ours. We are committed to educating our community on the "why's" and "how-to's" of small farming and providing fresh, locally-grown products in the process.
