We are starting with a focused selection of feed stocked here on the farm for local pickup, with additional products available by preorder as we learn what our customers need.

Why New Country Organics?

We have been trying to find a way to offer New Country Organics through Whitetail Hollow Farms for a few years now, and we are excited to finally be able to do that.

As a working farm, we pay close attention to what we feed our own animals. Good feed matters. Ingredient choices matter. Consistency matters. And for families, homesteads, and small farms trying to avoid soy and choose organic options, finding the right feed locally can still be challenging.

New Country Organics stood out to us because their focus lines up with what we have been looking for on our own farm: organic feed, soy-free options, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, and formulas designed with animal health in mind.

We also appreciate that their formulas are not constantly changed throughout the year for convenience. When you are feeding poultry and livestock day after day, that kind of consistency matters.

Our goal is to offer a clear local pickup option through Whitetail Hollow Farms, with a focused selection of feed stocked here on the farm for local pickup and additional products available by preorder as we learn what our customers need.

Feed Pickup Details

We’re starting small

We want to be upfront from the beginning. We are starting with a limited New Country Organics feed selection while we learn what local customers actually need.

That means we may not carry every product, every formula, or large quantities of everything right away. We may run out of certain feeds while we are learning local demand, and we apologize ahead of time if that happens.

As we learn what people are looking for, we can adjust what we keep on hand and what we offer through scheduled preorder windows.

Stocked feed vs. preorder feed

Stocked locally means products we plan to keep on hand when possible for local pickup at Whitetail Hollow Farms.

Preorder only means products we may be able to bring in with a scheduled feed order, but may not keep in regular farm inventory.

This helps us keep the program realistic while still giving local customers access to more New Country Organics options over time.

Once posted, these hours will be for New Country Organics feed pickup and farm product pickup only.

Whitetail Hollow Farms is a working farm. Pickup hours are not open farm access, animal visiting hours, or tour times.

Farm visits, tours, classes, and events are available only by appointment or during scheduled event times.

Where we are located

Whitetail Hollow Farms is located near Havana, Florida, just north of Tallahassee and close to the South Georgia border.

We serve customers in the North Florida and South Georgia area who are looking for local pickup options for New Country Organics feed.

Is This a Good Fit for You?

This may be a good fit if you are raising poultry, livestock, or homestead animals in the North Florida and South Georgia area and are looking for organic, soy-free feed options without having every bag shipped directly to your door.

This will not be a full-service feed store with every product in stock all the time. It will be a small, local pickup option based out of our working farm.

That means the process may be simple, the inventory may be limited, and the pickup hours will be specific. But our goal is to make good feed more accessible for local customers in a way that is realistic for our farm to manage.
