Why New Country Organics?

As a working farm, we pay close attention to what we feed our animals. Feed quality matters. Ingredient choices matter. Consistency matters.

Finding organic, soy-free feed locally can still be difficult for families, homesteads, and small farms. New Country Organics stood out to us because their approach closely matches what we look for on our own farm: Certified Organic feed, soy-free options, thoughtfully selected ingredients, and formulas developed for the animals they are intended to feed.

We also value consistency. When you are feeding poultry and livestock every day, knowing what is in the bag and being able to purchase the same formulation matters.

Bringing New Country Organics back to Whitetail Hollow Farms gives local customers another option without having to order individual bags for direct shipment. We keep a focused selection in stock and can bring in additional products through our scheduled orders.

Ordering, Pickup & Delivery

How does farm pickup work?

Pickup appointments are generally available seven days a week between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., subject to availability. All orders must be prepaid. Orders are typically ready for pickup the following day. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions for scheduling your pickup time.

Whitetail Hollow Farms is a working farm and does not currently maintain staffed walk-in hours. Please schedule your pickup before coming to the farm.

Feed pickup appointments are for order pickup only and do not include farm access or animal visits. Farm visits, tours, classes, and events are available separately by appointment or during scheduled event times.

What if a product you normally stock is sold out?

Our stocked products may occasionally sell out between feed orders. If an item is unavailable, you can join our Feed & Restock Updates list to hear about restocks, upcoming orders, and other New Country Organics availability updates.

You can also sign up for a back-in-stock email notification directly from a sold-out product page. We’ll send you an email when that specific product becomes available again.

How does local feed delivery work?

Local delivery is available on qualifying feed orders of $70 or more. We are unable to deliver single-bag orders.

Our regular local delivery fee is a flat $20 per qualifying order within our delivery area.

FIRST PALLET SPECIAL: Local delivery is currently FREE on qualifying orders of $70 or more until our first New Country Organics pallet inventory sells out. After that, our regular $20 delivery fee will apply.

Deliveries are route-based and scheduled as we group orders within the same area. Delivery is not a same-day or guaranteed next-day service, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please include a current phone number with your delivery information so we can contact you if needed regarding your delivery.

Feed is available for local pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship feed.

Where is local feed delivery available?

Local feed delivery is available to qualifying addresses within 45 miles of Whitetail Hollow Farms in Havana, Florida.

Delivery eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered during online checkout. Orders must meet the $70 minimum to qualify for local delivery.

Pickup directions and Farm Store location information are provided with your order and pickup details.

Please do not arrive at the farm without a scheduled pickup appointment. Feed pickup appointments do not include general farm access or animal visits.
