Our emus typically begin laying in December, and eggs are shipped in pairs to ensure safe packaging and reduce shipping costs.

•Fresh, unwashed pair of emu eggs from our free-ranging emus here at Whitetail Hollow Farms (Havana, FL).

•Collected and shipped within 72 hours of laying.

Important Pre-Order Information:

•Payment will not be charged until your eggs are ready to ship.

•Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

•Estimated shipping start date: mid-December 2025 (may vary slightly depending on when laying begins). The laying season typically runs mid-December through late March.

•You will receive an email notification with a payment link when your order is ready to ship.

Please Note:

Price is for the eggs only. Shipping & handling charges are added at checkout.

•Emu eggs are incredibly durable but still fragile. We pack carefully, but we cannot guarantee hatchability if you plan to incubate them.

•Shipping is available within the continental U.S. only.

•Because eggs are fragile and perishable, all sales are final once shipped.

•In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, your order is fully insured. Customers must file a claim directly with USPS using the provided tracking and insurance information. We are happy to provide documentation and support to help you complete the claim process.

Shipping & Packaging:
Each pair of emu eggs is packed in foam-lined, double-boxed containers for safe delivery. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) and include full insurance coverage for the order value. A small handling fee is included to cover the cost of specialized foam packaging and insurance.

Freshness Guarantee:
We ship only the freshest emu eggs, which means availability is limited to one pair per order at a time. Want more than one pair? You’re welcome to place multiple orders, and we’ll ship each pair as they become available. This ensures every egg arrives as fresh as possible.

Payment & Freshness Policy

•When your pair of eggs is ready, you’ll receive an invoice by email.

•Payment must be completed within 36 hours of receiving your invoice.

•Once paid, your eggs will be shipped within 72 hours of being laid.

•If payment is not received within 36 hours, your reservation will be skipped and offered to the next customer in line.
