Spring 2026 Foraging and Farm Day (AM Session)

Join us for a relaxed, educational Farm Day at Whitetail Hollow Farms. Your ticket includes the AM foraging walk with Billy Bailey (Old Ways Education), plus a guided farm tour led by Gigi and Jed Carroll (owners of Whitetail Hollow Farms), lunch, and access to our attendee-only plant sale. Tickets are limited to keep the day running smoothly and enjoyable for everyone.

Ages 12+ only. No younger, no exceptions.

Limited tickets: 30 AM tickets total.

What’s included

• Foraging Walk (AM session) with Billy Bailey of Old Ways Education
• Guided farm tour of Whitetail Hollow Farms (animals, buildings, gardens)
• Lunch included: choose hamburger (100% grassfed) or hot dog (100% beef) + chips + cookie + water
• Plant sale access (plants sold separately, limited quantities, while supplies last)

*GPS may show our farm under 1872 Jamieson Rd (farmhouse). Event check-in and parking are at 1944 Jamieson Rd (next door). We’ll have signs at the road to the parking area.

Important rules (please read)

This is a guided, structured event for safety and for the best experience.
✅ You’ll be led through the farm during scheduled activities.
❌ No self-guided wandering anywhere on the property.

Session rules (no swapping):

• AM ticket holders may NOT join the 2:00 PM foraging walk.
• PM ticket holders may NOT join the 10:00 AM foraging walk.

Food + beverages

• Water is provided. Guests may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.
• Dietary substitutions: you’re welcome to message us, but we are not specialized in dietary accommodations.

After the PM walk begins

After the 2:00 PM foraging walk begins, Gigi and Jed will be available for one-on-one questions for AM attendees. PM attendees may stay until 5:00 PM for one-on-one questions.

FAQ

Is this kid-friendly?
Ages 12+ only. No younger, no exceptions.

Are plants included with the ticket?
No. Plant sale items are sold separately and are limited.

Can I explore the farm on my own?
No. This is a guided event with a structured flow.

What if it sells out?
When the AM session reaches 30 tickets, ticket sales will automatically close.

Will we meet the whole family?
You’ll meet Gigi and Jed for sure. Ben may be around depending on his railroad work schedule.

Tickets are limited, non-refundable, and non-transferable without prior approval. Farm Day is held rain or shine, but we may adjust the schedule for lightning, high winds, or unsafe weather. Please dress for the farm: closed-toe shoes, comfortable walking clothes, sun protection, and bug spray if you like. Parking will be on-site; follow the parking signs upon arrival. If you have a serious food allergy or accessibility concern, message us before purchasing so we can tell you honestly what we can and cannot accommodate.
